As a sole trader, Twinbrush is run and operated exclusively by Rian Magee. I do not personally store any information that is automatically collected by this website, my Internet Service Provider, Domain name or Hosting Provider, Email client provider, or any other third party plugin or service that works in the background as part of the general operation of this website.  Please read this privacy statement  carefully. I have provided the following information to the best of my knowledge and ability. If you have any questions or queries regarding this policy, please get in touch.

Who we are

Twinbrush is a sole trading company, providing a wide range or professional branding and graphic design services. We are committed to the best of our ability, to protect the privacy of all personal information obtained from you during any visits to the website.

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you choose to provide to us in connection with the website (this “Website”) will be processed.

Sign-up to receive our newsletter

We may, in the future offer a newsletter, if this is the case we collect your name, email address and postcode when you sign-up to receive our newsletter. Your postcode may be used to help us identify the volume of businesses who have signed up for the service by geographical region. In addition to our monthly newsletter, we may periodically send additional emails, which we think you may find useful (eg deals, latest work, changes to our services etc). If you’ve signed up for email alerts, you can unsubscribe at any time by selecting the ‘unsubscribe’ link that appears in every email we send. We will never share your information other than for the purpose for which it was provided to us.

If you have an enquiry, you may provide your name, contact details, company name and telephone number so that they can assist with your query. Twinbrush will make a file note of your query if it requires follow up or we need to contact you directly regarding it. Twinbrush will keep this for a period of ten years.

After a selected video clip plays, YouTube may suggest related videos, which can be played in the embedded video player. In virtually all cases, these will be directly related to the subject of the selected video. Occasionally, YouTube users may erroneously assign key words to a video. It is therefore possible that an unrelated video could be displayed. Again, we are not responsible for this content. Creative Market

After a selected product is viewed, Creative Market, or your Internet Browser (depending on your own specific browser and usage settings) may suggest related products, which can be displayed in browser adverts. In virtually all cases, these will be directly related to the subject of the selected video. It is possible that an unrelated product could be displayed. Again, we are not responsible for this content.

As a sole trader, Twinbrush does not directly collect or store your personal information. In cases where you have contacted Twinbrush either via phone or email, a record of details that you have provided will be stored with the database help by the email client; in this case Microsoft Enterprise Exchange.

Rian Magee does not personally store data on how you use the website; however email clients and the website hosting provider, or providers of other third party plugins that are used in the background running and of the website may store your data on servers in the European Economic Area (EEA) or elsewhere. How long do we keep your information?

Rian Magee does not share any of your personal data. On occasion, where you have contacted Twinbrush via telephone or email details you have provided may be shared with other creative agencies or studios where their expertise or assistance is required to provide you with more information, costs or services. This will only happen with your consent.
